I am looking for a work around for this since the Magix team Explicitly states that Sony Sound Forge Audio Studio 10 will work and does work with Windows 10. apparently the Microsoft person does not know this. Windows 8 has Microsoft Framework 2.0/3.5 whereas Windows 10 has Microsoft Framework 4.5 native when doing so the only thing suggested in the drop down list is Windows 8. In this forum post the Microsoft person suggests that a user use compatibility mode. Originally developed as audio editing software, it eventually developed into an NLE for video and audio from version 2.0. The software runs on the Windows operating system.
